I bought this dress for a wedding. I asked for a customized size and it fits perfectly. I think they solved the problem with the straps that I've read in previous comments, because in my model the neck is attached to the straps. I think I will sew the neck to the straps because it is too heavy. I would prefer the upper part if it wouldn't have padding.
Shipping was everything ok. I paid previously customs duties and I got my dress in two weeks. I am very happy with my purchase....
