You mainly have to order according to your chest size because that's the only part that's form fitting. We ordered according to the size chart and all dresses fit pretty much like they should. One bridesmaid is busty and was 6 months pregnant at the time of my wedding, she ordered a size 10, the inside we just had to make sure sat above her belly and it worked out just fine.
